We helped design and change the Eaton 6200/6200A end station wafer handling components for improved particle reduction. This design netted a particle reduction of 40% for Cypress Semiconductor (Texas).

We helped design and fabricate a toxic source rebuild cabinet with safety and ergonomics in mind. This cabinet allows personnel to work on toxic materials under a negative exhaust pressure system. It's ridged stainless steel construction will give many years of performance. It also has an integrated safety monitoring system which alerts personnel when a fault occurs. These features were used to protect National Semiconductor personnel.

We have helped several companies with our PM programs to improve MTBF on the equipment being maintained. These programs have improved productivity in some areas by 40%. Some satisfied customers that have utilized our programs are AMD, RF Monolithics and various others to name a few.
